McME 2027

📝 Author Registration Guidelines

Authors whose submissions have been accepted for presentation at the Multi-Disciplinary Conference on Mechanical Engineering (McME2027) are required to complete the conference registration process within the announced registration period.

At least one author of each accepted contribution must complete the conference registration and present the work at McME2027.

💻 ConfTrack User Account

Before submitting an abstract, authors are required to create a user account in the McME2027 ConfTrack system using their own email address and password. This account will subsequently be used to manage the submission, revisions, registration, and other conference-related matters.

Authors should use the same ConfTrack account throughout the submission and registration process.

✉️ Abstract requirement

The abstract should provide a concise summary of the proposed research and clearly communicate its relevance and contribution to mechanical engineering or related multidisciplinary fields. The abstract should contain approximately 250 – 300 words and should include:

• Background and motivation of the study;
• Research objective(s);
• A brief description of the methodology or approach;
• Main or expected findings;
• Significance or contribution of the research; and
• 3 – 5 keywords.

References, figures, tables, and equations are not required during the abstract submission stage. During submission, authors are required to provide the relevant paper and author information, including:

• Paper title
• Author and co-author details
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Email address(es)
• Conference track
• Submission type
• Publication preference
• Keywords
• Abstract

Authors should carefully select the conference track and publication route that best correspond to their research and intended publication pathway. 

✒️ Registration for Accepted Papers

Upon acceptance of the submission, the corresponding author will receive information regarding:

• The applicable registration category;
• Registration fee;
• Payment instructions; and
• Registration deadline.

The applicable registration fees and payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author upon acceptance. Authors should complete the registration process using the Paper/Submission ID assigned to the accepted contribution.

🎯 Registration Requirement

For each accepted contribution:

• At least one author must register for the conference;
• The registered author is expected to present the accepted work at McME2027;
• Registration must be completed within the specified deadline; and
• All required payment and registration information must be submitted correctly.

Failure to complete the required registration within the stipulated period may affect the inclusion of the accepted contribution in the conference programme and/or publication process.

📝 Authors with Multiple Accepted Papers

Authors may submit multiple papers using the same ConfTrack user account. Each paper will be assigned a unique Paper/Submission ID, and an invoice will be generated separately for each Paper/Submission ID.

Authors with more than one accepted paper should therefore ensure that the appropriate registration and payment requirements are completed for each applicable submission.

📕 Registration and Publication

Conference registration does not automatically guarantee publication.

Publication remains subject to:

• Successful completion of the required peer-review process;
• Satisfactory revision, where applicable;
• Compliance with the relevant manuscript and publisher requirements;
• Presentation of the accepted contribution at McME2027; and
• The final editorial decision of the respective publication outlet.

The McME2027 guidelines explicitly state that submission, review, and acceptance do not constitute a guarantee of publication in any particular journal, indexing database, or publication series.

🔎 Important Notes

Authors are advised to:

• Ensure that their name, affiliation, email address, and Paper/Submission ID are entered correctly during registration;
• Retain a copy of the payment receipt or proof of payment;
• Regularly check their registered email address and ConfTrack account for conference updates;
• Complete registration before the announced deadline; and
• Contact the McME2027 Conference Secretariat if any clarification regarding registration or payment is required.

✉️ Full Paper Submission

Full Paper – Journal Publication

Authors selecting the Full Paper route are required to prepare a complete manuscript for consideration by Scopus-indexed, MyCite-indexed, or other designated journals, subject to the scope, editorial requirements, and peer-review process of the respective journal.

Unless otherwise specified by the selected journal, the full paper should generally be approximately 15 – 20 pages and should be prepared using the official McME2027 Full Paper Template or the relevant publisher's template.

A full research paper should normally contain:

1. Title
2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
3. Abstract
4. Keywords
5. Introduction
6. Literature Review / Background, where appropriate
7. Methodology / Materials and Methods
8. Results
9. Discussion
10. Conclusion
11. Acknowledgements, if applicable
12. Funding Information, if applicable
13. Conflict of Interest Declaration, where required
14. References

The manuscript should clearly demonstrate:

• Originality and novelty;
• Appropriate research methodology;
• Technically sound analysis;
• Clear presentation and interpretation of results;
• Meaningful discussion of the findings;
• Relevance to existing research; and
• A clear contribution to the field.

💡 How to Submit

Authors should submit their Extended Abstract or Full Paper through the existing paper record in the McME2027 ConfTrack portal.

A new submission record should not be created for the same research work unless otherwise instructed by the Conference Secretariat.

Authors should:

1. Sign in to their existing McME2027 ConfTrack account.
2. Access the corresponding record of the accepted abstract.
3. Confirm the applicable publication route.
4. Upload the required Extended Abstract or Full Paper.
5. Review all submission information carefully.
6. Complete the submission before the announced deadline.
7. Retain the assigned Paper/Submission ID for future correspondence.

All submissions will undergo peer review. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer and/or editorial comments.

Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically guarantee acceptance or publication of the subsequent Extended Abstract or Full Paper.

• Keynote Speaker   : 45 min — 35 min presentation + 10 min Q&A
• Platinum Sponsor : 45 min — 35 min presentation + 10 min Q&A
• Gold Sponsor        : 30 min — 20 min presentation + 10 min Q&A
• Invited Speaker     : 30 min — 20 min presentation + 10 min Q&A
• Oral Presenter       : 15 min — 10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A

🔔 Timekeeping

Presenters must strictly follow the allocated time. The Moderator or Session Chair will provide time signals during the presentation.

📝 Presentation Content

Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured slides, focusing on the key objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions.

📍 Session & Arrival

• Check your session, date, time, and venue in advance.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the session.
• Introduce yourself to the Session Chair upon arrival.

💻 Presentation Format

• PPT/PPTX or PDF format
• Use the official McME 2027 Presentation Template (recommended).
• Upload your presentation through the designated submission system before the deadline.

⚠️ Technical Requirements

• Use standard Windows fonts.
• Avoid external links or internet-dependent content.
• Embedded videos may not be supported; test all media beforehand.
• Check your presentation on the provided equipment, where possible.
